New York / Connecticut Families Seeking Nannies

All About Nannies – Family Connection has been serving the Westchester / Fairfield area since 1985. We are a small agency which prides itself on its screening process, selectivity of nanny applicants and high success rate.

We have a reasonable agency fee with no upfront application costs. You can fill out the paperwork, interview our nanny candidates and only if you hire one of our nannies would you then pay the fee

BASIC NY / CT FAMILY REQUIREMENTS

nannies must have their own bedroom
nannies must have reasonable use of a car
nannies work Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends off
(you may arrange extra babysitting for extra pay with the nanny)
our nannies do light housekeeping only (loading and unloading the dishwasher, children’s laundry washed, folded and put away, keep the kitchen, living room and family room picked up, keep the children’s rooms and her own room neat and tidy)
provide 2 weeks paid vacation
you pay for the nanny’s flight to the area and her return flight after a year of service
